2005 Rates:
* Overnight: 50/30 amp sites $26.00, includes water, sewer, electric.
* Week: $108.00 all sites, includes water, sewer, electric.
* Tent sites: $17.00 per day, includes electric. Max 4 per site.
* We honor a 10% discount on daily and weekly rentals for registered
club members, Military and Senior Citizens
* Long-term monthly rental requires an initial deposit of $75.00
for electricity.
Regular uncovered sites: $195.00 plus metered electricity.
Covered sites: $295.00 plus metered electricity.
* RV Storage: $30.00 per month dependant on availability of
space.
Electricity is charged according to Cooperative price ranges.
Passport America - 50% discount for maximum 3 days
AOR ACN - discounted rates $23.40 daily and $97.20 weekly 50/30amp
Horse boarding rates:
We offer a horse paddock and corral for RV'ers travelling with horses.
Horse boarding rates do not include hay or horse feed. Owners are to
provide their own hay and feed.
* Overnight: $5.00 per horse.
* Weekly: $25.00 per horse.
* Monthly: $50.00 per horse.
Proof of negative Coggins within 12 months is required.
Reservations:
Reservations are on a first come-first served basis.
1. Long term residents must pay a full month's rental at time of
reservation in order to secure their site.
2. Reservations for rallies or groups of 5 or more RV's require full
payment in advance. Any refund will be subject to our ability to re-rent
the site.
RV rates are for 2 persons and 1 additional vehicle per site. An
additional charge may be charged for extra people or vehicles.
